The hotel provided a warm welcome with great hospitality which made my New Year experience a memorable one. the staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good too. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the surrounding attractions, with easy access to nearby towns. the swimming pool was clean, and it was a good place to relax and take in the scenery.

The bathroom had a step which was a tripping hazard. It would have been better if there was a drying rack for wet towels and swimsuits.

We only stayed one night before we were due to fly from Perugia Airport and it was excellent for this purpose. It was a 22 Euro taxi ride from the airport but much nearer to Assissi than Perugia. Anybody wanting to fly from Perugia Airport should be aware of this in case they might want to spend some time in the city before checking in.

we could not seet in the balkony facing Assisi because it was full of small spiders. Furniture in the room are very old and smelly

The pool area had amazing views of the town nearby, which was perfect for relaxing during my Easter holiday. The staff were friendly and welcoming to me and my family. The breakfast offered cold cuts and sweet pastries, which were really nice. Plus, the hotel was in a really convenient location, close to several restaurants and attractions.

The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, and my room didn't have a good view. , the hotel restaurant was a bit expensive and we ended up spending more than we wanted to.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Bastia Umbra which is a few minutes drive to the nearby hill that offers a breathtaking view of the countryside. the room is spacious with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the breakfast selection is great with high-quality food. There is even a swimming pool to relax in and a restaurant that offers delicious food.

The service is lacking as some staff members are not friendly and attentive to guests' needs.
